Call of Duty: Heroes is Taking to the Tablets (and Smartphones)
Activision has great news for everyone who has ever wanted to play Call of Duty while sitting in the imminently huge Black Friday sales lines. Call of Duty: Heroes is available now for download on the App Store and Windows Store.
Combining "some of the most legendary characters from... Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2," Call of Duty: Heroes will be a free-to-play 3D combat strategy game for your smartphones and tablets. You will start the game out by customizing your base and training your forces and then move on to wipe out enemies in some awesome mobile battles.
You can even play with your friends and other players just like in the console Call of Duty series. Heroes will make you consider not only your troops and fighting power, but also your base, weapons and equipment. With the help of Capt. John Price, Sgt. John "Soap" MacTavish and JSOC operative Mike Harper, you will go out onto the battlefield fully equipped and ready to take on your enemies.
Executive Producer Jeremiah Maza said that, "it's all focused on the fun. There's nothing like calling in heavyweights like Capt. Price or Mike Harper and rolling into a new misison right from your phone or tablet." Get in on the fun today and download Call of Duty: Heroes from the App Store or Windows Store for your device.
The game sounds good. Almost as good as the 5 Best COD Gun Sound Effects.
