Party on the NoBo Side
Save the date: Saturday October 15 for the Party on the NoBo Side, an all-day event to support NewBo business that were on the “wet side” of the flood wall, including Bo Macs Pizza,Tornado’s Grub and Pub, Bo Town Amphitheater, Mad Modern and Kickstand.
The party starts at 11:00 a.m. and lasts until 2:00 a.m. It’s all ages until 10 p.m. when the music stops, and then 21 and older.
Plans include having food vendors, drinks, live music, silent auction, a bake sale and several bands.
There will be no advance ticket sales. Instead, a Free Will Donation at the Gate will be set up to encourage attendees to give. All money will be split between the four businesses to help in their recovery efforts.
