Google has released their annual list of the most searched items of the year, and some of them are kind of unexpected.

I honestly don't know how I ever lived without Google. I look up everything from song lyrics to recipes to medical symptoms to puppy videos, and that's just in one hour. You have all the answers to every question in the universe right at your fingertips, so why wouldn't you take advantage? With the insane number of Google searches every day, there are some that are more popular than others. Here are the top 10 most Googled things across the US this year:

  1. Lamar Odom
  2. Jurassic World
  3. American Sniper
  4. Caitlyn Jenner
  5. Ronda Rousey
  6. Paris
  8. Chris Kyle
  9. Fallout 4
  10. Straight Outta Compton

Another survey revealed the things that each state Googled more than any other state this year, and Iowa is apparently very big into reality TV! The Bachelor and The Bachelorette were looked up here more than any other state in America. The other search to make the list is Elizabeth Banks, which is kind of random.
