Well, it's January 6th, are you still sticking to your resolutions?

If you're anything like me, it's already a complete derailment. I haven't been to the gym, I'm eating worse than ever and I can feel myself getting fatter each and every day!

But this was all by design. It's too easy and cliche to start resolutions on January 1st. Plus the the gym is always packed and I don't need that stress in my life. That's why I've decided to wait until next month!

February 1st will be my new start. That's seems like a much better time to change my life for the better and I'm looking forward to it. February 1st falls on my favorite day of the week, a Saturday. I can do this, I know I can.
