Iowa City police have made an arrest in the shooting death of 19 year old Quincy Russom.

Authorities have been trying to locate him since a violent attack more than four months ago.

Charges have been filed in the death of an Iowa teen in Sioux City, but police are still looking for more shooters.

Police say he came to Cedar Rapids with a loaded gun and shot and killed a 27-year-old man.
